Aims and objectives
The goal of the energy agency is the promotion of a rational, economical and environmentally friendly use of energy. We offer independent and objective energy advice to our customers, so that they can reduce their energy consumption and therefore their energy bills. The use of local and regional resources for the strengthening of our regional economy is most important for us. For this reason we force the use of renewable energy as biomass, wood and solar energy. Through the promotion of renewable energy and the possibilities of saving energy we want to raise the quality of our environment and spread the idea of RUE in the local communities and households.

We are part of a regional network of different organisations for the development of our region. Special emphasis is given to the protection of our atmosphere and actions against the global warming. Through continuous education of our staff and the national and international know-how-transfer and cooperation we guarantee a maximum quality of our works.

Activities and core competences
The energy agency is a non profit association for information and advice in renewable energy and energy efficiency. Professional know-how guarantees competent and objective advice about modern energy technologies.

We offer:

One project to mention is the Biogas plant on the military air base Zeltweg. The feasibility study for the construction of the biogas plant was successfully completed - the project is now realized as a Thermoprofit contracting project.

We also assist municipalities and districts (for example Murau) in development and implementation of energy concepts, in the way to be 100 % renewable in heating and electricity. We develop the project, the strategy and do the project management for "Energievision Murau".
