The project aims to demonstrate the viability of integrated projects where the sustainable energy development reinforces local development aspects. The concept of an energy project plan for local development through a commonly agreed methodological approach will be applied.

The involved partners will cover all steps of project development (from policy tools to final sustainability assessment), so that the final output will be an added knowledge on how energy can be successfully integrated in local development programs.
